Midrise Community to Add 325 Homes Near Erwin Park in McKinney, Texas

Modera Ridgeline, which broke ground in the spring, will feature 325 homes and boast a picturesque hilltop location along Hardin Boulevard near 212-acre Erwin Park. It marks Mill Creek's second multifamily development within the 491-acre Ridgeline master plan, which also includes lakes, trails and future retail.
